Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt insbesondere die Bereitstellung der Software und der erforderlichen Nutzungsrechte, die Einführung und Parametrierung, die Integration in die vorhandene Systemumgebung, die Datenmigration, die Umsetzung der Schnittstellen, die Durchführung von Test und Pilotierungen, die Schulung sowie die vereinbarte Softwarepflege und den Support.
