Description

Mit der ersten Erhebung 2011 startete die Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin die Längsschnittstudie zur Mentalen Gesundheit bei der Arbeit (S-MGA). Der Forschungsgegenstand sind die ätiologischen Zusammenhänge von Arbeits- und Beschäftigungsbedingungen, (mentaler) Gesundheit, Arbeits-/Funktionsfähigkeit und Erwerbsteilhabe. In der zuletzt durchgeführten drit-ten Erhebung (2022-2024) wurden 2129 Teilnehmende aus dem bestehenden Panel sowie 7701 erstmalig Teilnehmende mittels eines computerunterstützten Interviews (CAPI) im gesamten Bun-desgebiet befragt. Zum 0ktober 2025 lag das Adresspotential bei 9052 Panelbereiten. Mit der Ausschreibung soll das Forschungsvorhaben mit einer weiteren Erhebung in 2029/2030 fortgeführt werden. Die Grundgesamtheit umfasst alle sozialversicherungspflichtig Beschäftigten in Deutschland. Für die Nutzung der Adressdaten ist zusammen mit der BAuA ein Antrag auf Über-mittlung von Sozialdaten nach §75 SGB X zu stellen. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen zwei Bereiche: Der Leistungsbereich A umfasst die Fortführung der Studie durch eine vierte Erhebung sowie eine vorausgehende Panelpflege. Der Leistungsbereich B umfasst als optionaler Leistungsbereich die Panelverwaltung und Panelpflege für insgesamt vier Jahre (2031, 2032, 2033, 2034) unter der Voraussetzung, dass eine fünfte Erhe-bung angestrebt wird. siehe Leistungsverzeichnis
