Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Erstellung einer Studie über die Bedeutung des gesetzlichen Mindestlohns für die betriebliche Personalgewinnung und Qualifizierung. Das Ziel dieser Studie ist die Identifikation und Beschreibung der Auswirkungen des gesetzlichen Mindestlohns auf die betriebliche Personalgewinnung und Qualifizierung seit der Anhebung des Mindestlohns auf 12 Euro im Oktober 2022. Dabei liegt der Fokus der Studie auf dem Verständnis von Anpassungsreaktionen, Handlungen und Handlungsmotiven unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Kontextbedingungen.
