Summary

Machine-generated summary

Eisenbahn-Bundesamt procured a research service on rail passenger satisfaction in an international comparison. The project studied when train use satisfies passengers, which factors shape passenger resilience, and which lessons Germany can draw from other countries. The contractor was to create a robust international data basis on rail satisfaction, derive evidence-based recommendations for action, and develop measurement instruments published so that third parties can replicate the survey and enable analyses over time. The place of performance relates to Germany. The call for bids is closed; the deadline for bids was 2026-07-28.

Description

Bislang fehlen solch vergleichbare, valide internationale Daten, was entsprechende Analysen erschwert. siehe oben (Punkt 2)
