Description

Der MD Bayern beabsichtigt als Auftraggeber und Leasing-Nehmer, eine Kraftfahrzeugflotte vom Auftragnehmer als Leasing-Geber zu leasen. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung in Gestalt eines Rahmenvertrages über drei Jahre (mit Verlängerungsoption um ein weiteres Jahr) auf deren Grundlage Einzelverträge für die jeweiligen Fahrzeuge geschlossen werden. Es werden Fahrzeuge in zwei Fahrzeugklassen im Full-Service-Leasing (ausgenommen der Versicherungskomponente und GEZ) ausgeschrieben. Der Auftrag wird in zwei Lose entsprechend dem Fahrzeugsegment aufgeteilt: - Mini-SUV (Mini-SUV, KBA Segment SUV, Los 1): Personenkraftfahrzeug mit elektrischem Motor, Automatikgetriebe, 5-türig, weitere Fahrzeugspezifikationen sind dem Daten- und Preisblatt nebst Energieeffizienz zu entnehmen. - SUV (SUV, KBA Segment SUV, Los 2): Personenkraftfahrzeug mit elektrischem Motor, Automatikgetriebe, 5-türig, weitere Fahrzeugspezifikationen sind dem Daten- und Preisblatt nebst Energieeffizienz zu entnehmen. Die geschätzte Abnahmemenge für die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt für das jeweils bezuschlagte Los Los 1 - SUV (Mini SUV, KBA Segment SUV): 87 Fahrzeuge Los 2 - SUV (SUV, KBA Segment SUV): 10 Fahrzeuge Die Höchstmenge, nach deren Abruf dieser Vertrag automatisch endet, ergibt sich aus der geschätzten Abnahmemenge zuzüglich 40% optionaler Überschreitung. Für Los 1 ergibt sich daraus eine Höchstmenge von 122 Fahrzeugen und für Los 2 eine Menge von 14 Fahrzeugen. Aus diesem Vertrag entsteht kein Anspruch des AN auf Abruf einer bestimmten Mindestmenge p.a. oder während der Gesamtlaufzeit dieses Vertrags durch den AG.
