Die Stadt Oranienburg schreibt die Lieferung und Montage von Fahrgestell, Aufbau und Beladung eines Hilfeleistungs-Löschgruppenfahrzeug HLF 20 nach DIN EN 1846-2 in Anlehnung an die DIN 14502 Teil 1-3 und DIN 14530 Teil 27 für die Freiwillige Feuerwehr Oranienburg europaweit im offenen Verfahren nach VGV aus. Es sind ausschließlich Neufahrzeuge anzubieten. Los 1 - Lieferung und Montage von Fahrgestell und Aufbau eines HLF 20; Einbau der Beladung Los 2 - Lieferung der feuerwehrtechnischen Beladung für das Hilfeleistungslöschgruppenfahrzeug HLF 20 an den Auftragnehmer des Los 1 Los 3 - Lieferung der Funktechnik für ein Hilfeleistungs- Löschgruppenfahrzeug HLF 20 DIN EN 1846-2/ DIN 14502 Teil 1-3 mit örtlicher Zusatzbeladung HLF DIN 14530-27 an den Auftraggeber Los 1 Lieferung und Montage von Fahrgestell und Aufbau eines HLF 20; Einbau der Beladung Die Ausführungsfrist für das Hilfeleistungs-Löschgruppenfahrzeug HLF 20 einschließlich Einbau der feuerwehrtechnischen Beladung endet 24 Monate nach Auftragszugang, die Lieferzeit für das Fahrgestell endet nach 6 Monaten. Der Auftragnehmer des Los 2 liefert die feuerwehrtechnische Beladung fristgemäß in Absprache mit dem Auftragnehmer des Los 1 an diesen. Der Auftragnehmer wird bei Auftragsvergabe mitgeteilt. Los 2 Lieferung der feuerwehrtechnischen Beladung für das Hilfeleistungslöschgruppenfahrzeug HLF 20 an den Auftragnehmer des Los 1 Der Auftragnehmer des Los 1 wird bei Auftragsvergabe mitgeteilt. Die Lieferung hat fristgemäß in Absprache mit dem Auftragnehmer des Los 1 zu erfolgen. Der Auftragnehmer des Los 2 ist an die Ausführungsfrist für das Hilfeleistungs-Löschgruppenfahrzeug HLF 20 einschließlich Lieferung und Einbau der feuerwehrtechnischen Beladung, 24 Monate nach Auftragszugang, gebunden. Eine vorzeitige Lieferung ist nur in Absprache mit dem Auftragnehmer des Los 1 möglich. Der Auftraggeber übernimmt ausschließlich für die im Leistungsverzeichnis Los 2 feuerwehrtechnische Beladung angegebenen Kosten. Zusätzliche Kosten für die Lagerung werden nicht übernommen. Bei vorzeitiger Lieferung der Beladung beginnt die Gewährleistungsfrist ab Fahrzeugfertigstellung und Übernahme des Auftraggebers.
