Lieferung eines Hilfeleistung-Löschgruppenfahrzeuges (HLF 20) für die Freiwillige Feuerwehr Kropp in 3 Losen: Los 1 Fahrgestell für ein HLF 20, Los 2 Feuerwehrtechnischer Aufbau für ein HLF 20, Los 3 Feuerwehrtechnische Beladung für ein HLF 20. Der Auftraggeber behält sich gemäß § 30 Abs. 3 VgV die Möglichkeit vor, Aufträge unter Zusammenfassung der folgenden Lose als Kombination von Losen zu vergeben: Los 1 (Fahrgestell für ein HLF 20) und Los 2 (Feuerwehrtechnischer Aufbau für ein HF 20). Bieter haben die Möglichkeit, zusätzliche Preisnachlässe im Formblatt 633 Angebotsschreiben für den Fall einer kombinierten Beauftragung der Lose 1 und 2 einzuräumen. Die Angebotswertung zu den Losen 1 und 2 erfolgt zunächst getrennt für die zwei Lose. Im Falle von Kombinationsangeboten erfolgt zusätzlich eine Wertung der Kombinationsangebote unter Berücksichtigung von Preisnachlässen. Sollte eine kombinierte Beauftragung zu einem wirtschaftlicheren Gesamtergebnis führen, als eine Beauftragung von Einzellosen wird der Auftrag für die Kombination von Losen erteilt.
