Description

Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung von Wärme, kurz Energie, für die vorgenannte Liegenschaft, kurz Liegenschaft, die unter dem Punkt "Versorgungsobjekt" beschrieben ist. Die staatliche Berufsschule in Nördlingen wird derzeit mit zwei Gaskessel (je 560 KW Heizleistung) beheizt. Diese sollen durch einen Anschluss an ein Fernwärmenetz ersetzt werden. Die erforderliche Heizleistung beträgt 800 KW. Im Gebäude sind Unterrichtsräume, Büros der Verwaltung und Werkstätten untergebracht. Eine Warmwasserversorgung im Sommer ist nicht erforderlich. Die Übergabestation wird im bestehenden Heizraum (Anlage 3) errichtet.
