Description

Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Verkehrsleistungen im Linienbedarfsverkehr nach § 44 PBefG. Die vertragsgegenständliche Leistung beinhaltet die Erbringung der Verkehrsleistung in Form von On-Demand-Verkehren. Der On-Demand-Verkehr ergänzt die Leistungen der Regionalbuslinien im Landkreis Donau-Ries. Da es sich bei dem On-Demand-Verkehr um einen Flächenverkehr handelt, erfolgt die Festlegung der Routen auf Basis der Nachfrage. Die Disposition der Fahrt erfolgt über das durch den Auftraggeber gestellte Hintergrundsystem. Die Fahrtaufträge werden entweder von den Fahrgästen selbst via App gebucht oder von der Anrufzentrale des Auftraggebers in das Hintergrundsystem eingegeben.
