The project follows Section 5 of the Gigabit Framework Regulation of the Federal Ministry for Transport and Digital Infrastructure dated 01.08.2024 and the federal Gigabit Directive 2.0 (Gigabit-RL 2.0) of 30.04.2024, including applicable supplementary provisions. The network operator to be selected must build and operate the gigabit network in the project areas shown on the map of project and supply areas. The project covers 225 addresses.
