Die Zuschlagserteilung/Auftragserteilung bzw. der Vertragsabschluss erfolgt gemäß § 135 Abs. 3 GWB frühestens nach Ablauf einer Frist von zehn Kalendertagen, gerechnet ab dem Tag nach der Veröffentlichung dieser Bekanntmachung. Der Auftrag kann gem. § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 2b VgV nur von einem bestimmten Wirtschaftsteilnehmer ausgeführt werden, da aus technischen Gründen kein Wettbewerb vorhanden ist.
