Description

Ziel der Maßnahme ist es, durch die Gewährung von Investitionsbeihilfen zu ermöglichen, die im Landkreis Rottweil gelegenen, Grauen Flecken über ein NGA-Netz zu erschließen. Der Landkreis Rottweil ist ein Landkreis in Baden-Württemberg mit einer Fläche von 769,4 km2 und etwa 139.455 Einwohnern in 21 Gemeinden. Es sollen alle Teilnehmer im Ausbaugebiet zuverlässig mit Bandbreiten von mindestens 1 Gigabit/s symmetrisch versorgt werden. Es werden insgesamt 5192 Teilnehmer angeschlossen. Die gewährten Investitionsbeihilfen sollen ausschließlich zur Planung, zum Bau und zum Betrieb des NGA-Netzes verwendet werden. Der Netzbetreiber ist verpflichtet, die Breitbandinfrastruktur zu errichten, aktive Komponenten zu installieren, in Betrieb zu nehmen und für eine Mindestdauer von 7 Jahren zu betreiben und entsprechende Dienstleistungen und Angebote zu erbringen.
