Description

Im Rahmen der Ausschreibung wird ein privatwirtschaftlicher Betreiber öffentlicher Telekommunikationsnetze für die im Wirtschaftlichkeitslückenmodell geförderte Errichtung und den Betrieb einer nachhaltigen und hochleistungsfähigen Telekommunikationsnetzinfrastruktur (Gigabit-Netz) im Sinne von Nr. 3.1 der Gigabit-Richtlinie 2.0 für rund 5.400 unterversorgte Adressen im Landkreis Stade gesucht. zuverlässig mit Bandbreiten von mindestens 1 Gigabit/s symmetrisch versorgt. Ziel der Maßnahme ist es, durch die Gewährung von Investitionsbeihilfen im Wirtschaftlichkeitslückenmodell zu ermöglichen, die im Landkreis Stade gelegenen, noch unterversorgten Teilnehmer über ein Gigabitnetz zu erschließen. Dabei soll der Anschluss an das Gigabitnetz allen ausgewiesenen Teilnehmern, das heißt 100% der im Ausbaugebiet befindlichen Teilnehmeranschlüsse, die heute im Sinne der Gigabitrahmenregelung unterversorgt sind, zur Verfügung stehen. Den Teilnehmern im Ausbaugebiet soll nach erfolgtem Netzausbau und Inbetriebnahme eine Übertragungsrate von jeweils mindestens 1 Gbit/s symmetrisch (Downstream/Upstream) zur Verfügung stehen.
