Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung (Dienstleistungskonzession) war die Vergabe von Zuwendungsmitteln zur Schließung der Wirtschaftlichkeitslücke eines privatwirtschaftlichen Betreibers öffentlicher Telekommunikationsnetze für die Errichtung und den Betrieb einer nachhaltigen und hochleistungsfähigen Telekommunikationsnetzinfrastruktur (Gigabit-Netz) im Sinne von Nr. 3.1. der Gigabit-Richtlinie des Bundes (Gigabit-RL 2.0 vom 30.04.2024). Der Landkreis hatte dafür neben dem vorliegenden Projektgebiet weitere drei Projektgebiete/Gebietslose für die Gigabitförderung gebildet, die aber gesondert europaweit ausgeschrieben wurden. Dem Landkreis liegen hierfür vier vorläufige Förderbescheide des Bundes und der Investitionsbank des Landes Brandenburg (ILB) vor. Diese wurden im jeweiligen Ausschreibungsverfahren zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Projektgebiete wurden folglich in vier getrennte Gebietslose aufgeteilt, die ebenfalls ausgeschrieben wurden. Gegenstand des hiesigen Verfahrens war aber nur das Projektgebiet/Gebietslos 4. Der Ausbau umfasst aktuell 2.597 Adresspunkte in folgendem Ausbaugebiet: - Plattenburg, - Breese, - Bad Wilsnack, - Legde-Quitzöbel und - Rühstädt.
