Description

In diesem Leistungsverzeichnis handelt es sich im Wesentlichen um die die Sanierung der Fensteranlagen und die Anbringung einer neuen Vorhangfassade und die dafür notwendigen Abbrucharbeiten, Erd- und Betonarbeiten und die Aufstellung des Fassadengerüstet. Die Liegenschaft Beeskowdamm 3-11 befindet sich am südwestlichen Stadtrand Berlins im Bezirk Steglitz-Zehlendorf im Ortsteil Lichterfelde entlang des Teltow-Kanals an der Grenze zu Teltow. Es ist Bestandteil des ca. 72 ha großen historisch gewachsenen Industrie- und Gewerbestandortes Zehlendorfer Stichkanal. Die Gebäude auf der Liegenschaft wurden im Zeitraum ca. 1960 bis 1988 von der Krone AG errichtet und teilweise in den 90 er Jahren umgebaut / modernisiert. Die Nutzung der Liegenschaft als Produktions- und Bürostandort mit ca. 63.500 m² BGF/ 58.600 m² NGF wurde durch den bisherigen Gewerbemieter zum 1.01.2015 aufgegeben. Die gesamte Liegenschaft des bestehenden Industriestandorts besteht aus vier Gebäuden: - Haus 4 (Parkhaus) - Haus 6 - Haus 7 - Haus 8 Die im LV beschriebene Maßnahme umfasst Bauleistungen in folgenden Gebäuden: Haus 8 (Bürogebäude, Baujahr ca. 1966) Das Gebäude hat 10 Geschosse inkl. 3 Zwischengeschosse.
