In diesem Leistungsverzeichnis handelt es sich um die Dachsanierung der Dachterrasse und Technikdach und die Sanierung der Dachentwässerung. Des Weiteren um den Einbau von Dachbegrünung und das Aufstellen von Gestellen für Solarmodule.
