Rahmenvereinbarung über Abschleppleistungen und Sicherstellungen von Fahrzeugen für die Polizei Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung: Der Auftragnehmer hat für den Auftraggeber im Rahmen hoheitlicher Maßnahmen Fahrzeuge aller Art bis 3,5 t zulässige Gesamtmasse (zGM) abzuschleppen, zu versetzen, zu bergen, zu transportieren, zu verwahren und bei Bedarf zu entsorgen. Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich, die Leistung entsprechend der Leistungsbeschreibung zu erbringen. Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung 4 Jahre. Nähere Angaben sind der Leistungsbeschreibung und in der Rahmenvereinbarung zu entnehmen.
