Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Gaslieferung als Vollversorgung für die in den Vergabeunterlagen aufgeführten Abnahmestellen des Teilnehmers für die Lieferjahre 2027 und 2028. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Für das Lieferjahr 2027 wird für die Versorgung der Abnahmestellen Erdgas nachgefragt. Seitens der ausschreibenden Stelle werden für dieses Lieferjahr keine besonderen Gestehungsvorgaben gemacht. Für das Lieferjahr 2028 richtet sich die geschuldete Gaslieferung nach den für dieses Lieferjahr geltenden zwingenden gesetzlichen Anforderungen. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Alle Abnahmestellen liegen im Marktgebiet Trading Hub Europe (THE). Die insgesamt fünf Abnahmestellen des Teilnehmers mit einer Gesamt-Referenzmenge von rund 15,9 GWh pro Lieferjahr werden in einem Los zusammengefasst. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Die maximal beziehbare Energiemenge beträgt für jedes Lieferjahr 150 % der für das jeweilige Lieferjahr festgelegten Gesamt-Referenzmenge. Ein gegebenenfalls für das Lieferjahr 2028 gesetzlich erforderlicher Grüngasanteil ist Bestandteil der vorstehend festgelegten maximal beziehbaren Gesamtenergiemenge und tritt nicht zusätzlich zu dieser hinzu. Mit Erreichen der vorstehend festgelegten Höchstmenge besteht aus der Rahmenvereinbarung kein Anspruch auf die Lieferung weiterer Energiemengen. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
