RF Probe Station (EMFT-06.3) 1 Stück Für die zuvor allgemein beschriebene Messstation wird eine automatisierte Probenstation angeschafft, um diese Messungen auf Chip, Wafer und Probenhaltern für Materialtests durchzuführen. Die Probenstation muss generell für mmWave- und SubTHz-Frequenzsonden geeignet sein. Die wichtigsten Anforderungen sind, dass die Probenstation mindestens vier Frequenzverlängerer tragen kann, sodass eine echte differentielle Gerätecharakterisierung auf einem 2-Port-Gerät ohne erneute Verbindung möglich ist. Darüber hinaus ist ein Mikroskopsystem erforderlich, das für mmWave- und SubTHz-Messungen auf Chip und Wafer geeignet ist, sowie eine Kamera. Der Chuck des Wafer-Probers sollte eine Theta-Drehung und die Bewegung in z-Richtung ermöglichen. Darüber hinaus wird ein thermisches Chuck-System benötigt, das Temperaturen von -40 °C bis 200 °C auf dem zu testenden Gerät gewährleistet. Im Allgemeinen sollte der Wafer-Prober eine automatische Steuerung des Prüfvorgangs und eine Steuerungssoftware mit Benutzeroberfläche bieten.
