Lieferung von insgesamt 78 rein batterieelektrischen Niederflurbussen. Davon 38 Gelenk- sowie 40 Soloniederflurbusse sowie optional 13 batterieelektrische Niederflurbusse für die Schilling Omnibusverkehr GmbH, davon 7 Gelenk- sowie 6 Soloniederflurbusse, jeweils mit dazugehöriger Ersatzteilversorgung. Die Kölner Verkehrs-Betriebe AG beabsichtigt die Beschaffung von 78 rein batterieelektrischen Niederflurbussen nebst den dazugehörigen Hilfs- und Nebenleistungen nach Maßgabe des Vertrages, davon 38 batterieelektrische Gelenk- sowie 40 Soloniederflurbusse. Die Fahrzeuge sind für den Einsatz im fahrplanmäßigen Betrieb im Liniennetz der Kölner Verkehrs-Betriebe AG bestimmt. Sie dienen als Ersatz für derzeit bei der Kölner Verkehrs-Betriebe AG in Betrieb befindliche Dieselbusse. Die Fahrzeuge werden hauptsächlich über den auf dem Fahrzeugdach befindlichen Pantographen geladen, müssen aber weiterhin auch über einen CCS-Combo2-Inlet verfügen. Weitere Mindestanforderungen Solofahrzeug: - Garantiezeit der HV-Batterie von 10 Jahren - Wendekreis max. 22.000 mm, - Gesamtzahl Fahrgäste mind. 70 - Sitzplätze mind. 26 Weitere Mindestanforderungen Gelenkfahrzeug: - Garantiezeit der HV-Batterie von 10 Jahren - Wendekreis max. 23.8000 mm - Gesamtzahl Fahrgäste mind. 110 - Sitzplätze mind. 43 Des Weiteren enthält der Vertrag einen Ersatzteilversorgungsvertrag über die Lebensdauer der Fahrzeuge. Die Kölner Verkehrs-Betriebe AG behält sich vor, Mindestanforderungen / Ausschlusskriterien oder sonstige verbindliche Anforderungen in den Vergabeunterlagen unter den in Ziffer 11.5 der Verfahrensbedingungen Teilnahmewettbewerb genannten Voraussetzungen aufzuheben oder anzupassen.
