Description

Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt die Beschaffung von bis zu 2 Niederflursolobussen mit Elektroantrieb (Elektrobusse) zur Elektrifizierung der Busflotte. Die technischen Anforderungen und weiteren Leistungsgegenstände sind der Anlage 6 zu entnehmen. Der Einsatz der Elektrobusse soll im öffentlichen Personennahverkehr erfolgen. Die abschließende Planung, ob Elektrobusse benötigt werden, wie viele Elektrobusse benötigt werden und in welchem Verkehr sie eingesetzt werden, konnte bisher nicht erfolgen. Aufgrund zuwendungsrechtlicher Fristen konnte die abschließende Planung nicht abgewartet werden. Daher schreibt die Auftraggeberin eine Rahmenvereinbarung für die Elektrobusse aus (vgl. Anlage 8 § 2). Die Auftraggeberin wird, abhängig vom Bedarf, 0 bis maxi-mal 2 Fahrzeuge aus der Rahmenvereinbarung abrufen. Eine Abnahmeverpflichtung der Auftraggeberin besteht aus der Rahmenvereinbarung nicht. Spätester Liefertermin für die Fahrzeuge ist 31.10.2028. Frühester Zeitpunkt ist der 1.12.2027. Der Aufragnehmer stimmt den exakten Liefertermin der Fahrzeuge in diesem Zeitkorridor mit der Auftraggeberin ab.
