Description

Lieferung von elektrischer Energie für die Universität zu Köln Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung elektrischer Energie für die Universität zu Köln (UzK) für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2027 bis 31.12.2028. Es besteht eine Option auf eine einmalige Verlängerung der Vertragslaufzeit um ein Jahr und somit bis spätestens 31.12.2029. Die UzK betreibt aktuell 24 Lieferstellen mit registrierender Leistungsmessung (RLM) und 132 Lieferstellen mit Standardlastprofil (SLP) bzw. intelligenten Messsystem (iMSys). Der prognostizierte Gesamtstrombedarf für die ausgeschriebenen Lieferjahre beläuft sich auf ca. 45,5 GWh jährlich. Detaillierte Informationen zu den einzelnen Lieferstellen, sowie die Lastgänge der leistungsgemessenen Lieferstellen, sind den beigefügten Anlagen zu entnehmen. Ausgeschrieben wird eine Lieferung frei Lieferstellen des Auftraggebers, d. h. inkl. Abwicklung der Netznutzung (Vollintegrierte Versorgung). Der gelieferte Strom hat während des gesamten Lieferzeitraums bilanziell zu 100 % aus erneuerbaren Energien zu stammen. Die Fixierung der vertraglichen Energiepreise für die Lieferjahre 2027 und 2028 erfolgt jeweils in vier strukturgleichen, horizontalen Tranchen. Bei Verlängerung der Vertragslaufzeit für ein weiteres Lieferjahr erfolgt die Berechnung des Energiepreises für den Verlängerungszeitraum analog zur Preisgestaltung für die Lieferjahre 2027 und 2028.
