Verkehrserhebung zur Ermittlung der Anteilswerte MDV-Tarif und Deutschlandticket 2027 Die Mitteldeutscher Verkehrsverbund (MDV) GmbH beabsichtigt, im Namen und im Auftrag von sieben ÖSPV-Verkehrsunternehmen eine verbundweite Verkehrserhebung zur zonen- und unternehmensscharfen Ermittlung der Nutzung des MDV-Tarifs sowie des Deutschlandtickets im Verbundgebiet durchzuführen. Die Erhebung dient insbesondere: - der Ermittlung der Verteilung der Ticketarten, - der Bereitstellung belastbarer Datengrundlagen für Einnahmenaufteilung, Tarifanalysen, Schülerkorrekturwerte im regionalen Busverkehr und Verkehrsplanung, - der Vergleichbarkeit zwischen Verkehrsunternehmen und Tarifzonen. Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Erhebungsleistungen auf den Linien folgender Verkehrsunternehmen: - Stadtverkehr (Bus und Straßenbahn): Hallesche Verkehrs-AG (nur Straßenbahnlinie 5 in Tarifzone 233), Option: Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe (LVB) GmbH (nur Bereiche außerhalb der Kernzone 110) - Regionalbusverkehr: Personennahverkehrsgesellschaft Merseburg-Querfurt mbH, THÜSAC Personennahverkehrsgesellschaft mbH, Personenverkehrsgesellschaft Burgenlandkreis mbH, Nordsachsen Mobil GmbH, Regionalbus Leipzig GmbH. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die vollständige organisatorische und fachliche Durchführung der Erhebung einschließlich Stichprobenplanung, Feldarbeit und Qualitätssicherung.
