CMP Upgrade Reflexion 3 (IPMS-CNT11.1) 1 Stück CMP Upgrade Reflexion 3 Basis des Leistungsumfangs ist die CMP-Anlage Reflexion LK von Applied Materials (S/N 410249), die sich bereits im 300 mm CMOS-Reinraum des Fraunhofer IPMS befindet, auf dem Stand der sogenannten 'Generation 3'. Mit dem geplanten System-Upgrade auf die "Generation 5" werden alle Handhabungsroboter innerhalb des Systems und die Steuerungssoftware auf den neuesten Stand gebracht. Um den Arbeitsaufwand abzuschätzen, führte AMAT vor der Ausschreibung ein Werkzeugaudit vor Ort durch. Dieses Update ermöglicht es, Ersatzteile für die Anlage zu bestellen. Dies ist die Grundlage für die geforderte Anlagenverfügbarkeit. Optionale Leistungspositionen: 2.3.22 IT/Sicherheit Eine separate WIN10/11-basierte Installation (Hardware/Software) für die Rezepterstellung/Editierung wird mit der Tool-Software mitgeliefert 2.3.27 Sicherheit Die Risikobewertungen für das System sind beim Hersteller erhältlich. 3.4 Motorkabel Austausch von Motorkabeln bei Bedarf auf Basis des Auditergebnisses möglich 3.5 Werksinterface Roboter Austausch des Werksinterface Roboters bei Bedarf auf Basis des Auditergebnisses möglich 3.6 Nassroboter Austausch des Nassroboters möglich, wenn dies aufgrund des Auditergebnisses erforderlich ist 5.5.1 Gewährleistungsverlängerung Verlängerung der Gewährleistung um weitere 12 Monate.
