Gesucht wird ein modernes Röntgendiffraktometer zur strukturellen Charakterisierung kristalliner Materialien in Form von Pulvern, polykristallinen Proben, Dünnschichtproben sowie kleinen Einkristallen. Das Gerät soll für den Einsatz in der materialwissenschaftlichen und festkörperphysikalischen Forschung geeignet sein und die zuverlässige Bestimmung von Phasenbestand, Kristallstruktur, Gitterparametern, Kristallinität, Textur sowie strukturellen Änderungen in Abhängigkeit von äußeren Parametern ermöglichen. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören: - Lieferung frei Verwendungsstelle - Installation - betriebsbereite Aufstellung - Abnahme - Einweisung und Schulung
