The ESTW intend to award a framework contract covering the continuous, timely and technically flawless provision of approved and properly fitting work and high-visibility safety clothing for approximately 340 staff members over a contract period of 5 years from contract award. Services include delivery of standard-compliant, functional and durable work clothing, a comprehensive service package (fitting, cleaning, care, repair, maintenance, exchange, size swap, testing, locker service), an online portal for the buyer and wearers, care of around 110 existing garments on an actual-cost basis, suitable locker systems in sufficient capacity, and consideration of ecological and sustainability aspects.
