Im Landtagsgebäude des Landtags Nordrhein-Westfalen sowie dessen Dependancen finden regel-mäßig Veranstaltungen unterschiedlichster Größe und Art statt. Die Anforderungen an die technische Unterstützung und das benötigte Equipment variieren in einer großen Bandbreite. Der Landtag Nordrhein-Westfalen plant die Betreuung von ca. 100 Veranstaltungen pro Jahr, deren Ausstattung mit entsprechender Technik, Auf- und Abbau sowie ca. 30 Plenarsitzungsbetreuungen (s. Bsp. L06 Veranstaltungen & Plenartage 2026/2027) und ca. 30 Veranstaltungsbetreuungen im Land-tagsforum und Plenarsaal an einen externen Dienstleister zu übertragen. Die bereits festgelegten Termine der Plenarsitzungen für das Jahr 2026 & 2027 sowie eine Übersicht über sitzungsfreie Zeiten sind auf der Internetseite des Landtags abrufbar unter https://www.landtag.nrw.de/home/aktuelles/termine-und-veranstaltungen/plenarsitzugen.html. Die Veranstaltungsarten lassen sich in vier Veranstaltungstypen mit unterschiedlicher Technikausstat-tung und weiteren Veranstaltungsprofilen mit reiner Betreuungsdienstleistung und Nutzung der im Landtag Nordrhein-Westfalen vorhandenen Technik aufteilen. Die Verwaltung des Landtags Nordrhein-Westfalen beabsichtigt mit einem Unternehmen eine Rahmenvereinbarung für Veranstaltungstechnik und Dienstleistungen abzuschließen. Der Leistungszeitraum des Rahmenvertrags beginnt am 01.09.2026 und endet am 31.08.2028. Der Rahmenvertrag kann optional max. zweimal um jeweils ein Jahr verlängert werden.
