Description

Die zu erbringende Leistung umfasst den Wach- und Sicherheitsdienst für das Bezirkskrankenhaus Bayreuth inkl. der Klinik für Forensische Psychiatrie gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung für den Zeitraum 01.10.2026 bis 30.09.2036. Der Vertrag beginnt am 01.10.2026 und endet am 30.09.2030 (Grundlaufzeit). Wird der Vertrag nicht mit einer Frist von 6 Kalendermonaten zum Vertragsende gekündigt, so verlängert er sich um je weitere 24 Monate, längstens bis zum 30.09.2036. Der Vertrag endet zum 30.09.2036, ohne dass es einer zusätzlichen Kündigung bedarf. Die voraussichtlichen Einsatzstunden für die Geländebewachung betragen 1.460 Std./Jahr. Die tatsächlich zu erbringenden Einsatzstunden können hiervon abweichen. Gesondert beauftragt wird die Patientenbewachung gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung für den Zeitraum vom 01.10.2026 bis 30.09.2036.
