Durchführung von Streifen-, Revier- und Interventionsdienste gemäß DIN 77200 sowie den Betrieb eines PSIM-Arbeitsplatzes für die Tiefgarage Stachusbauwerk / Stadtwerke München GmbH mit 700 Stellplätzen verteilt auf 2 Ebenen mit einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 20.000 qm. Sonstige besondere Bedingungen für die Auftragsauführung: - Die Besetzung des PSIM-Arbeitsplatzes (24/7/366) ist zwingend vor Ort im Stachusbauwerk erforderlich. - Leistungserbringer müssen folgende Anforderungen erfüllen: - Sprachniveau Deutsch mindestens A2 - Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Notruf-, Video- und Schrankenanlagen - Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Wächterkontrollsystem - Ersthelferausbildung - Brandschutzhelferausbildung
