Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Friesland Kliniken gGmbH, with hospital sites in Sande (Nordwest-Krankenhaus Sanderbusch) and Varel (St. Johannes-Hospital) plus the St. Marien-Stift care home in Varel, is procuring implementation and project support services, including central project leadership for its restructuring and transformation programme. Facing hospital reform, financial pressure, demographic change and staff shortages, the buyer has already commissioned an external IDWS6 expert report identifying fields of action. The provider must establish central project management with monitoring and controlling tools, develop a framework schedule with milestones for the overall project and subprojects, document progress continuously through status reports and weekly meetings, and identify further savings and efficiency measures.
