U Weinmeisterstr. - GI + bA, Lph. 8-9 + BÜ Das Vorhaben "U8, W, A27136-20 & A27168-10 - Grundinstandsetzung & barrierefreier Ausbau" beinhaltet die HOAI-Leistungen in den Phasen 8 - 9. Das umfasst folgende Leistungen: • Objektplanung gemäß Anlage 12 zu § 43 HOAI, Leistungsphase 8 - 9 • Zusammenarbeit mit der Tragwerksplanung, für alle erforderlichen bauzeitlichen Zwischenstände • Zusammenarbeit mit der BVG zur Aufrechterhaltung des Fahrgastbetriebes während der gesamten Bauzeit (Betrieb und Sicherheit) • Zusammenarbeit mit der BVG zur Integration aller technischen Belange (TGA / KG 400) Die Projektziele lassen sich im Wesentlichen wie folgt definieren: • Grundinstandsetzung und barrierefreier Ausbau des Bahnhofes • nachhaltige bzw. ökologisch und sozial wertvolle Neugestaltung des Bahnhofes • minimale Einschränkungen des Fahrgastbetriebes im U-Bahnhof • Aufrechterhaltung der Verkehrsströme während der Bauzeit
