Titel: Erweiterung Alexander-von-Humboldt Mittelschule und Sanierung der städtischen 3-fach-Sporthalle in Marktredwitz - Tragwerksplanung gem. § 49 HOAI 2021 /// Die Stadt Marktredwitz plant die Erweiterung der Alexander-von Humboldt Mittelschule und die Sanierung der städtischen Dreifachsporthalle. Das Grundstück liegt nördlich des Stadtzentrums, eingebettet in das Marktredwitzer Schulzentrum. Am Standort sind zahlreiche Bildungseinrichtungen mit zugehörigen Sporteinrichtungen konzentriert. Geforderte Leistungen: Tragwerksplanung nach § 49 HOAI 2021; stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen 1 - 6 Die Stadt Marktredwitz plant die Erweiterung der Alexander-von-Humboldt Mittelschule und die Sanierung der städtischen Dreifachsporthalle. Das Grundstück liegt nördlich des Stadtzentrums, eingebettet in das Marktredwitzer Schulzentrum. Am Standort sind zahlreiche Bildungseinrichtungen mit zugehörigen Sporteinrichtungen konzentriert. Die Alexander-von-Humboldt Mittelschule und die städtische Dreifachsporthalle wurden vom Nürnberger Architekturbüro Ferdinand Reubel entworfen und 1979 gebaut. Die Mittelschule befindet sich im südlichen Bereich des Schulzentrums. Sie weist I- bis III-Geschosse auf. Der Haupteingang liegt im Nordosten und wird über den Pausenhof erreicht. Die Sporthalle liegt nordwestlich der Mittelschule. Sie ist eingeschossig und kragt unterirdisch nach Osten aus. Im Vorfeld wurde ein beschränkter Realisierungswettbewerb nach RPW mit städtebaulichem Ideenteil zur Erlangung von Vorentwurfskonzepten für die Erweiterung der Alexander-von-Humboldt Mittelschule und die Sanierung der städtischen Dreifachsporthalle durchgeführt. Die Erweiterung der Mittelschule und die Sanierung der Dreifachsporthalle bilden neue, eigenständige Bausteine im Gefüge des Schulcampus Marktredwitz. Das Studienhaus nimmt alle Bestandteile der Erweiterung auf und situiert diese synergetisch an der Sporthalle und integriert diese durch die bauliche Anbindung an die Erweiterung der Mittelschule in den Schulcampus. Die Mensa wird somit integraler Bestandteil der Versammlungsstätte Sporthalle, gleichzeitig erhält der Sport in der engen Verzahnung mit dem Studienhaus eine hohe wertschätzende Sichtbarkeit. Das Studienhaus verknüpft über die Geschosse hinweg Mensa, Sporthalle, Aufenthalt und Klassenräume zu einer lebendigen Lern- und Studiereinheit.
