Description

Generalplanerleistungen Neubau Museum Urmensch Mauer. Es soll ein neues Museumsgebäude für den Homo heidelbergensis Museum für den Urmenschen von Mauer in Mauer errichtet werden. In diesem Museum werden neben dem Leben und der Umwelt des Vormenschen auch die Themen Migration und Klima aufgenommen. Dies wird zum Anlass genommen, ein klimaneutrales und energieneutrales Gebäude zu errichten mit modernen und nachhaltigen Werkstoffen. Die Planung für das neue Museum wurde bisher bis zur Leistungsphase 4 HOAI sowohl im Bereich der Objektplanung als auch bei der technischen Ausrüstung erbracht. Die Baugenehmigung wurde am 04.08.2025 vom Rhein-Neckar-Kreis erteilt. Zur Umsetzung des Projekts sollten die folgenden Leistungen: Objektplanung, Tragwerksplanung, Technisches Gebäudeausrüstung (HLS), Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (Elektro), Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanz, Bauakustik, Raumakustik, Freianlagenplanung, Brandschutzplanung nach AHO, SigeKo, besondere Leistungen der Koordinierung aus dem Leistungsbild der Projektsteuerung in eine Hand gegeben werden, um dadurch die zügige Abwicklung des komplexen Projekts sicher zu stellen.
