Description

Die Stadt Remseck am Neckar mit ca. 27.000 Einwohnern beabsichtigt im Stadtteil Hochberg zusammen mit dem Landkreis Ludwigsburg (LK LB) die Ortsdurchfahrt von der Kreuzung Neckaraue bis Ende der Ortsdurchfahrt Kreuzung Hochdorfer Straße zu sanieren und gestalterisch aufzuwerten. Gemäß dem Straßengesetz für Baden-Württemberg ist die Kreisverwaltung für innerörtliche Kreisstraßen in Kommunen mit weniger als 30.000 Einwohnern zuständig. Dies umfasst den Straßenbelag zwischen den beiden Bordsteinen. Die Gehwege und der Bordstein liegen in der Zuständigkeit der Kommune. Im Rahmen dieser vom Landkreis vorgesehenen Fahrbahnsanierung plant die Stadt Remseck am Neckar, die Gehwege entlang der Straße und Teile der Wasserleitung zu erneuern sowie den Kanal auf ein größeres Maß auszubauen. - Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen gemäß § 47 HOAI 2021, LPH 1-3 optional LPH 5 - 9 inkl. Lichtsignalanlage - Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke gemäß § 43 HOAI 2021 für - den Kanalbau, LPH 1 - 3 optional LPH 5 - 9, stufenweise - Wasserversorgung, LPH 1 - 3 optional LPH 5 - 9, stufenweise - Besondere Leistung öBÜ gemäß Anlage 12.1 HOAI - Besondere Leistung öBÜ gemäß Anlage 13.1 HOA Der Auftraggeber ist in seiner Entscheidung über eine Weiterbeauftragung frei; ein Anspruch auf Übertragung weiterer Leistungen besteht nicht.
