The buyer bfz gGmbH plans to establish a new education campus in Forchheim, Germany. The project combines the conversion of an existing hotel building on Bamberger Strasse 6a with a new building on the neighbouring plot at Waisenhausstrasse 6. The campus will house a nursing school, an elder care assistant school, a continuing education centre, language and integration courses, labour market measures and a dormitory with 19 places.
