The bfz gGmbH is procuring architectural services for building and interior design (HOAI phases 2 to 9) for a new education campus in Forchheim, Germany. The project converts an existing hotel building on Bamberger Strasse 6a and adds a new building on Waisenhausstrasse 6, joined into one campus. Planned floor areas are around 3,000 sqm gross floor area for the new build and around 1,000 sqm for the conversion. The campus will host nursing schools, a further training centre, labour market and integration courses, offices, barrier-free access and a dormitory with 19 places.
