Summary
Machine-generated summaryThe municipality of Waltenhofen plans to build a new childcare facility with ten groups, comprising a five-group kindergarten and a five-group nursery, in the centre of the Hegge district in the Allgaeu. The contract covers technical building services covering plant groups 1 to 3 and 8, each with service phases 1 to 8 under HOAI. The building will be a timber-frame construction of about 4,000 m² gross floor area with visible structural elements, so the services must be designed to integrate attractively with the structure. Service phases 1 and 2 are commissioned first via a negotiated procedure, with phases 3 to 6 expected to follow. Work starts in early 2026 and completion is planned for the end of 2027.
