Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Max Planck Society is procuring specialist engineering planning services (technical building equipment, laboratory trades) for the renovation of Building H at the Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research in Germany. Building part 3, a laboratory and lecture hall building from 1998 with about 1,950 m2 usable floor area, will be generally renovated, including HVAC, electrical and structural works with fire safety compliance. Estimated total construction costs are 5,705,000 euros net, with the trades covered by this contract costing around 300,000 euros. Bidders should have strong laboratory planning and refurbishment experience. The procedure follows the German VgV rules.
