Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Max Planck Society is procuring specialist planning services for technical building equipment, covering all electrical trades (KG 440, 450, 460), for the phased general renovation of Building H at the Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research in Germany. The building, dating from the 1980s, contains laboratories and has about 670 m2 floor area over three storeys plus an attic. Estimated construction costs for the electrical trades are around 1,000,000 EUR net, within an overall project of about 5,705,000 EUR net. Work stays within the existing building, must respect fire safety requirements and connect to existing infrastructure. Applicants need strong electrical planning knowledge and renovation experience.
