Description

An die Sanierungsmaßnahmen werden höchste Ansprüche an denkmalgerechte, bestandsorientierte, funktionale und ästhetische Qualitäten gestellt. Es werden wirtschaftliche und nachhaltige Lösungen auf Grundlage der LHH-Standards erwartet. Maßnahmenbeschreibung Kostengruppe 410: Die komplette Trink- und Schmutzwasserinstallation wird zurückgebaut. Maßnahmenbeschreibung Kostengruppe 420: Auch hier wird die komplette Heizungsinstallation zurückgebaut. Maßnahmenbeschreibung Kostengruppe 430: Die wenigen im Bestand vorhandenen Lüftungsanlagen werden demontiert und durch neue Installationen ersetzt. Zusätzlich werden zahlreiche neue Anlagen im Gebäude vorgesehen, um die für die Nutzung des Gebäudes die notwendigen klimatischen Verhältnisse zu ermöglichen. Maßnahmenbeschreibung Kostengruppe 480: Entsprechend den Standards der LHH ist eine komplett neue Gebäudeautomation zu planen, die den hohen Ansprüchen an eine Sicherstellung der klimatischen Verhältnisse in den Ausstellungsflächen genügt.
