Die grundhafte Erneuerung der Münsterer Straße in Hofheim am Taunus Ortsteil Lorsbach beinhaltet den Straßenbau, Fußwege, die Erneuerung der Entwässerung und Wasserversorgung, die Erneuerung der Gasleitung, die Verlegung der Stromleitungen, Erneuerung der Lichtmasten, der Austausch einer Mittelspannungsleitung, und die Erneuerung der Telekomleitung. Die Umsetzung der Bauleistung wurde in drei Abschnitten vorgesehen und die ersten beiden Abschnitte sind abgeschlossen. ECKDATEN 3. BAUABSCHNITT Adresse: Münsterer Straße 32 (Station +486,70) bis zum Knotenpunkt Frankenthal, 65719 Hofheim am Taunus, Stadtteil Hofheim-Lorsbach Nähere Details sind den Vergabeunterlagen (A-Projektbeschreibung und B-Leistungsbild) zu entnehmen. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe von Planungsleistungen: Objektplanung - Ingenieurbauwerke gem. § 41ff HOAI 2021 sowie Verkehrsanlagen gem. § 45ff HOAI 2021 zzgl. besonderer Leistungen u.a. Bauvermessung nach Anlage 1 Nr. 1.4.5 bis 1.4.7 HOAI 2021 Im Hinblick auf die Planungsziele wird eine enge Zusammenarbeit und Kooperation im Sinne eines ganzheitlichen Projekterfolgs (integrale Planung) zwischen allen Planungsdisziplinen vorausgesetzt. Basis der zu erbringenden Leistungen ist das Leistungsbild in Anlehnung an die HOAI (2021): - Objektplanung - Ingenieurbauwerke: Leistungsphasen 5-9 gemäß § 41 i.V.m. Anlage 12 Nr. 12.1 HOAI sowie - Objektplanung - Verkehrsanlagen: Leistungsphasen 5-9 gemäß § 45 i.V.m. Anlage 13 Nr. 13.1 HOAI Nähere Details sind den Vergabeunterlagen (A-Projektbeschreibung und B-Leistungsbild) zu entnehmen.
