Description

Prozesswasseraufbereitung für die DMK Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH im Werk Edewecht. Planung einer Brüdenkondensataufbereitung mit biologischer Reinigung, Ultrafiltration und Umkehrosmose. Ziel des Projektes ist es, den Anteil des wiederverwendeten Cow Waters am Standort in Edewecht deutlich zu erhöhen und das aufbereitete Wasser zukünftig im Prozess wie Trink-wasser zu verwenden. Ein in diesem Prozess aufbereitetes Wasser soll zukünftig über ein separates Leitungssystem als Nachspülwasser in den Reinigungsprozessen, Sperrwasser sowie als Bruchwaschwasser in der Schnittkäseherstellung verwendet werden. Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung sollen die Ingenieurleistungen (HOAI bis Leistungsphase 4) für die Realisierung dieser Prozesswasseraufbereitung vergeben werden. Im Rahmen dieser Vergabe werden folgende Leistungen vergeben: - Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke LP 1 - 2, optional 3 - 4 gemäß § 43 HOAI 2021 i. V. m. Anlage 12, Ziffer 12.1, - Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung LP 1 - 2, optional 3 - 4 gemäß § 51 HOAI 2021 i. V. m. Anlage 14, Ziffer 14.1, - Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung LP 1 - 2, optional 3 - 4 gemäß § 55 HOAI 2021 i. V. m. Anlage 15 Ziffer 15.1, Anlagengruppen 4, 7 und 8 - Besondere / zusätzliche Leistungen zur Tragwerksplanung: o optional: Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung gemäß Teil 4, Abschnitt 1, §§ 49 ff. HOAI 2021 i. V. m. Anlage 14, Nachweise zum konstruktiven Brandschutz - Weitere zusätzliche Leistungen: o optional: Geotechnik gemäß Anlage 1.3 HOAI 2021, Geotechnischer Bericht inkl. der besonderen Leistung "Veranlassen von Labor- und Felduntersuchungen", o optional: Ingenieurvermessung gemäß Anlage 1.4 HOAI 2021, Vermessungstechnische Grundlagen
