Baumaßnahme: Staufer-Kaserne, Kasernenstraße, Pfullendorf - energetische Sanierung Geb. N3 (D2), Gegenstand der Leistung sind Fachplanungsleistungen für Technische Ausrüstung nach Teil 4, Abschnitt 2 HOAI (2021) für die Anlagengruppen 1.1.4 "Starkstromanlagen" und 1.1.5 "Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen". Die zu vergebenden Leistungen umfassen: die Besonderen Leistungen der Leistungsstufe 1 (LST 1, LPH 1-4); Grundleistungen der LST 1 sind nicht Gegenstand der Beauftragung, die Grundleistungen und Besonderen Leistungen der Leistungsstufen 2-4 (LST 2-4) für die Leistungsphasen 5-8 (LPH 5-8). Die geschätzten Gesamtbaukosten belaufen sich auf 3.650.000 € brutto (geschätzte Kosten der Kostengruppen 200-600 nach DIN 276:2018-12). Planungsbeginn: 02.11.2026, Baubeginn: 01.02.2027, Fertigstellung: 18.12.2028. Aufgabenbeschreibung: In der Staufer-Kaserne Pfullendorf soll das Stabsgebäude N3 nach EGB 55 saniert werden. In der geplanten Maßnahme ist bezüglich Nachhaltigkeit BNB die "sinngemäße Anwendung ohne Zertifizierung" vorgesehen. Der Anbau wird mit einem Obergeschoss versehen. Der ursprüngliche Anbau für ein Notstromaggregat wird abgerissen und die Baugrube verfüllt. Der vorhandene Fluchttreppenturm wird erneuert. Eine zusätzliche Fluchttreppe für die Aufstockung wird errichtet. Dieses Gebäude wurde in den 1980er Jahren als zweigeschossiger Massivbau mit einem leicht versetzten eingeschossigen Anbau errichtet. Der rechteckige Hauptbau (ca. 36 x 14m) gründet auf einem Kriechkeller aus Stahlbeton. Der Anbau (17 x 14m) ist vollunterkellert. Bei den darüber liegenden Geschossen wurden Innen - und Außenwände in Mauerwerk und die Geschossdecken und sowie der Dachabschluss in Stahlbeton ausgeführt EGB55 Sanierung: Der Beitrag der Elektrotechnik ist die Errichtung einer PV-Anlage auf dem Dach sowie eine fassaden-PV-Anlage, dazu werden Akkuspeicher mit zweimal 80 kWh aufgebaut. Die gesamte Beleuchtung des Gebäudes wird auf LED-Leuchten umgestellt. Anbau Obergeschoss: Auf den Anbau wird ein weiteres Stockwerk aufgebaut. Dieses Stockwerk (120m²) wird in folgende Räume aufgeteilt: Besprechungsraum, Büro, Teeküche, Damen- und Herren-WC, Flur, Terrasse. Für diese Aufstockung wird eine Fluchttreppe errichtet. Hierfür werden Elektro- und Netzwerkinstallation notwendig. Die Räume werden aus der dann im Flur befindlichen Unterverteilung versorgt. Die Zuleitung zur UV muss gezogen werden. Abriss "Notstromkeller": Die vorhandene Elektroinstallation muss zurückgebaut und angepasst werden.
