Leistungen nach dem Leistungsbild Fachplanung Technische Anlagen HKLS, Anlagengruppen 1,2,3,7,8, mit den Leistungsphasen 1-8 und Besondere Leistungen, §§53ff, HOAI 2021. Geplant ist ein Erweiterungsbau an die bestehende Grundschule Happing (Stadtteil von Rosenheim) mit Neubau einer Zweifeldsporthalle sowie die Sanierung bzw. Renovierung des Bestandes UG Süd (Umbau von Horträumen in Klassenzimmer). Der Rückbau der bestehenden Turnhalle aus den 1970er Jahren (nicht unterkellert) erfordert die Begleitung durch einen Fachplaner für die versorgungstechnischen Anlagen, da eine technische Verflechtung der Halle mit dem Schulgebäude besteht. Hier ist ein Konzept für die Entkoppelung der Turnhalle vom Schulgebäude zu entwickeln. Im Erweiterungsbau soll eine Mischküche entstehen; hier ist ein besonderes Augenmerk auf integrale Planung der Küchenbereiche unter Berücksichtigung funktionaler, hygienischer und logistischer Anforderungen zu legen.
