Description

Die Speicherstadt wurde 2012 aus dem Geltungsbereich des HafenEG entlassen. Damit die Landflächen der Speicherstadt analog zu den angrenzenden Flächen der HafenCity und der Innenstadt als "gemischte Bauflächen" dargestellt werden und als innerstädtisches Quartier entwickelt werden sollen. Zudem wurde die Speicherstadt 2015 zusammen mit dem benachbarten Kontorhausviertel und dem Chilehaus unter dem Namen "Speicherstadt und Kontorhausviertel mit Chilehaus" auf der Liste des UNESCO-Welterbes eingetragen. Des Weiteren plant die Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) als Eigentümerin der Speichergebäude die Sanierung und den Umbau einer Vielzahl von Speicherblöcken. Die historische Nutzung der Spei-cherstadt soll dabei weiter im Stadtbild präsent bleiben. Die ReGe plant im Namen des LIG diverse Kaimauer- und Brückensanierungen. Diese umfassen einen umfangreichen Bereich der Speicherstadt und werden bis vors. 2034 sukzessiv ausgeführt. Nachlaufend zu den benannten Sanierungsmaßnahmen sind die Straßenoberflächen herzustellen. Die dafür erforderliche Planung umfasst die vorliegende Ausschreibung. Die Planung umfasst die Erbringung der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 der Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen und Ingenieurbauwerke (Straßenentwässerung) gem. HOAI sowie besonderen und zusätzlichen Leistungen. Sowie einzelnen Leistungen der Freiraumplanung nach näherer Maßgabe der Leistungsbeschreibung für die besonderen und zusätzlichen Leistungen.
