Summary

Machine-generated summary

The city is procuring engineering services for the energy-efficient refurbishment of the Pestalozzi and Gebrueder-Grimm school ensemble in Heilbronn, built in 1950 in the Heimatstil of the Schmitthenner school. The scope covers technical building services (HLS) and ALG 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8 across service phases 1 to 9 in accordance with Sections 53 ff. HOAI. Works include replacing defective wooden windows with external sun protection, renovating the uninsulated tiled roofs, and preparing an energy and building physics assessment with refurbishment recommendations for all buildings in the ensemble, to be implemented in stages depending on budget availability. The project budget for KG 100 to 700 is estimated at roughly 3.5 to 4.0 million euros gross. Planning is expected to start around the beginning of the fourth quarter.

Description

HOAI. Zunächst werden in der 1. Beauftragungsstufe die Leistungsphasen 1-3 gemäß §§ 55 HOAI beauftragt. Die Leistungsphasen 4-9 werden stufenweise abgerufen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Gesamtbeauftragung besteht nicht.
