Summary

Machine-generated summary

The City of Heilbronn is procuring structural engineering services, design phases 1 to 6 under §§ 49 ff. HOAI, for the energy refurbishment of the Pestalozzi and Gebrueder-Grimm school ensemble, built in 1950 in the Schmitthenner-school 'Heimatstil'. The complex comprises two school buildings with attached gymnasiums and a separate building for administration and all-day care. Scope includes replacement of defective wooden windows with external sun shading, assessment and energy upgrading of the largely uninsulated tiled hip roofs, an energy and building-physics assessment with refurbishment recommendations, and investigation of accessibility variants. Project budget for cost groups 100 to 700 is estimated at around 3.5 to 4.0 million euros gross, implemented step by step.

Description

HOAI. Zunächst werden in der 1. Beauftragungsstufe die Leistungsphasen 1-3 gemäß §§ 51 HOAI beauftragt. Die Leistungsphasen 4-6 werden stufenweise abgerufen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Gesamtbeauftragung besteht nicht.
