Summary
Machine-generated summaryThüringer Aufbaubank uses the listed Benary building, dating from 1890, as its administrative site. During a major conversion in 2002 the main roof and the canopy over the inner courtyard were rebuilt, including extensive glazing and movable heat protection blinds. Because of recurring leaks at the skylight connections and insufficient effectiveness of the heat protection measures, a comprehensive renovation of the main roof above the Wilhelminian-era building and of the courtyard canopy over the atrium is required. The existing room layout utilisation remains unchanged. The renovation takes place during ongoing operations and must be carried out in sections. The tendered structural engineering services cover HOAI phases 1 to 6.
