Description

Die Stadt Bad Mergentheim beabsichtigt die Sanierung des denkmalgeschützten einstigen Wohn- und Geschäftshauses „Burger Haus“. Das Gebäude befindet sich in zentraler Lage am Marktplatz in der Altstadt von Bad Mergentheim und soll im Zusammenspiel mit der Marktplatzsanierung bis zur Landesgartenschau 2034 zum Zentrum und Symbol der geschichtsbewussten Altstadt-Revitalisierung in Bad Mergentheim werden. Das Gebäude liegt im Geltungsbereich des Sanierungsgebietes „Altstadt/ Stadtgarten“. Gegenstand des VgV-Verfahrens sind Architektenleistungen Objektplanung gemäß §§ 33 - 38 HOAI 2021, Leistungsphasen 1-9 inkl. besondere Leistungen. Die Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen 1-9 erfolgt stufenweise: In Stufe eins werden die Leistungsphase 1-2 beauftragt. Die aktuelle Kostenschätzung liegt bei ca. 6,3 Mio € brutto Gesamtkosten. Berücksichtigte Nutzungsfläche inkl. UG/ DG: ca. 600 m² Baubeginn ist für 2027 geplant.
