Planungsleistungen gemäß HOAI für den Neubau des Feuerwehrgerätehauses in 29439 Lüchow OT Künsche (LPH 1-3, LPH 4-9) Die Samtgemeinde Lüchow (Wendland) beabsichtigt, die Planungsleistung für ein neues Feuerwehrgerätehauses in 29439 Lüchow OT Künsche zu vergeben. Die SG Lüchow (Wendland) strebt für ihre neuen Liegenschaften Klimaneutralität an. Die Feuerwehr Künsche ist eine Ortswehr in der SG Lüchow (Wendland). Es handelt sich um keine Berufsfeuerwehr, sondern um eine freiwillige, ehrenamtliche Feuerwehr. Nach dem aktuellen Feuerwehrbedarfsplan der SG Lüchow (Wendland) werden an das neue Feuerwehrgerätehaus in Künsche folgende Anforderungen gestellt. - In dem neuen Gerätehaus müssen in der Fahrzeughalle 2 Stellplätze für ein TLF-2000 und ein MTW vorhanden sein. - Die ideale Mannschaftsstärke der Ortswehr beträgt 29 Mitglieder. Planerisch muss von der Idealstärke +10% = 32 Mitgliedern ausgegangen werden. - In der DIN 14092-1 Feuerwehrhäuser - Teil 1: Planungsgrundlagen sind Mindestanforderungen für den Raum- und Flächenbedarf sowie die technische Ausstattung von Gerätehäusern aufgeführt. Diese müssen sinnvoll bei der Planung berücksichtigt werden. - Das Gerätehaus muss mit einer Photovoltaikanlage ausgestattet werden Die SG Lüchow (Wendland) besitzt ein Grundstück in Künsche auf dem der Neubau errichtet werden soll.
